QHSE-Consulting

We provide consulting in all matters relating to work safety, health and environmental protection. Moreover, we consider possible interactions with internal interfaces and management systems in accordance with an integrated operational safety management.

Our consulting services include as follows:

• Consulting, support and coordination throughout the life cycle of an energy generation plant (design, installation, construction and operation stage)
• Consulting on and support in the fulfilment and implementation of legal and official HSE requirements
• Consulting within the maritime HSE context
• Consulting on and support in the development and implementation of management systems (e. g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) as well as requirements for HSE documentation in the certification process
• Auditing of QHSE management systems (internal audits)
• Consulting on the preparation and implementation of HSE concepts and related documents
• Consulting in the field of quality management – QHSE management
• Preparation of risk assessments and risk analyses
• Development of preventive concepts in order to improve occupational health and safety at work
• Customer consulting for training courses, further education, (emergency) training and construction supervision (SiGeKo-function)
